Listings stay in your existing portal software; this is the system behind it — compliance, inspections, landlords, tenants, money. We can import your property list on day one.

Can landlords see their own properties?

Yes — one link per landlord: certificates, inspection reports, statements, upcoming visits. Fewer calls to the office.

What about inventories?

Check-in/check-out inventories with photos are built in for a bespoke system, or we connect Inkaroom, our own inventory and floor-plan app.

How long does it take?
